About me

My name is Nina Lutström and I’m originally from Luleå in the far north of Sweden. I’ve lived in the UK for 16 years and currently live in Farnborough, Hampshire with my two children.

I have a background in the tourism and hospitality industry and I’ve always loved working with people. When I became a parent, it ignited a deeper awareness of holistic treatments and their positive effects on people. This, combined with my interest in health and well-being, is why I decided to follow my dream and take that life-changing step to become a professional massage therapist.

I qualified in March 2014 and started Nordic Necessities shortly thereafter. Since then I’ve added more specialties, such as Deep Tissue Massage as well as Chair/Seated Acupressure Massage.

My business name reflects my Nordic roots and the necessities for one’s well-being. What is necessary for you to feel your best? A massage can do wonders for your quality of life. I really love my job and feel blessed to work with something I feel so passionately for!
