Bookings

  • Following any booking made, a confirmation email will be sent. Please make sure to read through this carefully to ensure that all the details are correct. If you notice any discrepancies, please notify me as soon as possible.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to ill health, or for any other reason, contact must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • If less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment may be charged.

  • Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (i.e. a serious last minute illness/injury, child sickness, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Before the start of any treatment, we will fill in a consultation form together. If the treatment seems unsuitable for any reason at this point in time, I reserve the right to withdraw my services. No money will be charged in this case. If your circumstances should change (i.e. if a doctor has been consulted), we can meet again for a new consultation.

  • I reserve the right to change treatment specifications, or cancel appointments at any time without prior notification. In case a cancellation is necessary I will use reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment.

Payment

  • All payments are expected to be made before the treatment (except gift vouchers).

  • Gift vouchers need to be presented before the treatment can start.

  • Payment can be done with cash, credit card or bank transfer
